Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, or P5P as it is commonly known, is the active form of vitamin B6. By consuming vitamin B6 in the active P5P form, conversion is no longer necessary, and the full benefits are available immediately after absorption. P-5-P is one of Solgar's premium-quality Vitamin B products and is specially coated (enteric coating) to protect against degradation from stomach acids.

SUGGESTED USE:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
