Each serving of these nice tasting tapioca-based gummies has 300 IU (7.5 µg) of Vitamin D3 needed for normal growth and bone development in children over 3. SUGGESTED USE:
As a food supplement for children 3 to 5 years of age, two (2) gummies daily, for children aged 6 years plus, four (4) gummies daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
