Solgar Vitamin B Complex is an extra high potency Vitamin B-Complex made up of several vitamins that work well together to support nervous system health and promote energy metabolism. B Complex vitamins are needed for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which convert food into energy.

B Vitamins are so important that often people will take them as a 'Complex' (that is, a pill containing all the B's) or separately (that is, individual B Vitamins) according to need.
